Our Bakery
The success of baking is not ones that are certified even though that is important but those who step in the kitchen with the heart to bake and a recipe to come out with a masterpiece to fulfill.
We are working within certain limitations when we step into our home kitchens. I have a limited amount of mixing bowls, two small oven racks, not nearly enough refrigerator space, and a quickly dwindling flour jar. It’s how we work within these limitations that influence the bake that comes out of the oven.

Products
Our breads are made daily by the bakers, using the freshest & finest ingredients. Our breads are a product of love – and time. Our recipes are simple, based on fine-tune techniques and quality ingredients.
The sour in sourdough is a by-product of the bacteria in the dough. These bacteria create organic acids as they feed on naturally occurring sugars; by controlling the time and temperature the dough is proved at, the baker determines the flavour of the bread. At the right concentration, this acidity is delicious and also preserves the freshness of the bread.
